Strategic Informed Actions

The Land Between charity is guided by a Council that represents the lived experience and the diversity of peoples in the region. The charity also uses many methods to glean public input across generations and perspectives. This helps us understand desires and needs, identify gaps, and find solutions.

Our work is integrative and collaborative, spanning many sectors and levels for greater impact.
