The Land Between region is reptile country!

With the bounty of rock and water in the region, this landscape is the last stronghold for Ontario's reptiles. Reptiles are the most ancient creatures in the world and the most endangered.

It is home to 100% of the subspecies of Ontario's only lizard, the five-lined skink.
