Bioregionalism is inherent in all the ventures of The Land Between: It is our ultimate goal. Bioregionalism means the cooperation of all peoples, sectors and levels in stewarding and celebrating the facets of a region. It is the animate expression of peoples relationship with this landscape, and is an animated understanding of our identity which is based on the land.
All projects chosen by the organization contribute to this fundamental identity and understanding. All projects, in practise, through cooperation, result in the formation of new perspectives, knowledge and relationships, and therefore ultimately contribute to bioregionalism.
At this time, specific projects are being incubated in order to achieve bioregionalism, especially with the landowner in mind so that we can achieve a collective greater good on the landscape.
