Symbolically Adopt a Turtle

By symbolically adopting a turtle, you are helping to conserve turtles right here in Ontario. Proceeds will help rescue turtle eggs, incubate them under a permit, and safely release the hatchlings to give them their best shot at life!

More about us and our adoption program
We are an Ontario-based conservation organization established in 2006. We're working hard to conserve The Land Between bioregion, a unique area spanning Southern Ontario's cottage country, along with the wildlife who call it home. Our keystone project, Turtle Guardians, was developed to help conserve Ontario's turtle species, all 8 of whom are in decline. Turtles play an integral role in water health and in spreading biodiversity, so it is vital for us to protect them! Learn more about our organization here.
Our adoption program is symbolic in that you are not physically adopting a baby turtle, but rather providing the funds necessary to support our work to help baby turtles have their best shot at survival!
To officially recognize your adoption, you will receive a certificate of adoption available for download after purchase!
Together, we can conserve Ontario's turtles for generations to come!
