The Land Between works with Trent University and the Trent Centre for Community Based Education as well as Ryerson Polytechnic Institute and Sir Sandford Fleming College to advance student’s skills and experience in the fields of natural and cultural heritage and geographic information systems or remote sensing technologies by partnering with agencies for applied learning. Often projects are completed to receive credit in place of class curriculums.
